\uD83E\uDD14 How do I generate an activation code
Go to filters to find the patient.
Click on the patient's name.
The patient's Demographic Information page will open.
Click Survivor account (top right of the page).
Click “create account now”, choose “role” if asked, click “save”.
The instructions with the token and the ability to manage the token expiration date will be in the “actions” column. Click on activation instructions to print the letter (available in both English and Spanish) for the survivor.
The letter may be handed out in clinic, or cut and pasted into a secure electronic health record messaging system such as MyChart.

The activation token automatically expires 3 weeks from date generated, click on “manage” to reset the expiration date. |
