Who can sign up for Passport for Care and what do I need to get started?

Passport for Care provides resources that can be used by any survivor of childhood cancer as well as caregivers and healthcare providers of survivors.  Survivors are typically enrolled in the Passport for Care via a participating survivorship clinic.

Tip

However, if you don’t have a survivorship clinic or your clinic doesn’t participate in the Passport for Care, you can use our publicly available tools and resources at https://cancersurvivor.passportforcare.org or contact our help desk at svp-helpdesk@bcm.edu.
