Go to filters to find the patient.
Click on the patient's name.
It will open a page with information about the patient you are looking for, and the column "status" will indicate if the patient is activated.
The “survivor” button in the left sided column filters must be on to see Survivor status. Otherwise, open account, click on Survivor Account for activation status information.
