How can I tell who has viewed or edited a patient record?
Go to filters to find the patient.
Click on the patient's name.
It will open the Manage Patient Record page; on the bottom left choose “Revision History”. It will show you a page with all the changes made, dates, times, and updates and who made those changes. If you click view only entries show each time all the users view the record.
In the Survivor account tab, you can also see the last 5 Survivor log in dates and the total number of log ins.
