If I send a message to my health clinic, when can I expect a reply?
The chat function is the Passport for Care app is not intended for emergency purposes and should never be used in an emergency— if you are experiencing an urgent medical problem call 911 or your local emergency number instead. Response times will vary from clinic to clinic, depending on staffing and availability, but you will generally receive an answer within three business days. Please note that Passport for Care should not be used for urgent situations.
