Granting Survivor Access
If a survivor or parent/guardian account has been added to a patient’s record, it will be displayed on this page, along with its status and any recent activity.

If no survivor access has been provisioned or the existing survivor account(s) has been deactivated, you will see a “Create survivor account now” button. Clicking this will generate a new survivor invitation. <screenshot>

After an account has been generated and until it is activated by the user, you will see an activation code, expiration date, and option to print activation instructions listed on the survivor account management page. The “Activation Instructions” document, available in English and Spanish, provides easy-to-follow directions for setting up a survivor account.
