What can I do if I have forgotten my username?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the sign in form and enter the email address associated with your Passport for Care account.
If you do not know the email address used, please contact your clinic administrator.
If your clinic administrator is not available or you are a clinic administrator, please contact the PFC Help Desk for assistance. pfc-helpdesk@bcm.edu.
