\uD83E\uDD14 How do I add a patient?
Click on the blue button “Add Patient” at the bottom or right side of the page.
It will take you to the “New Patient Demographic Information” page. Fields with an asterisk are required. Once all the patient demographic information has been entered click “Save”. The next section to open will be the primary diagnosis information, once entered you will see treatment information fields below.
