How do I message my health clinic through Passport for Care app?
To send a message to your survivorship clinic, sign into the app and then click on the “Chat” button at the bottom of the screen. From there, you can type your message and click on Send. Note that some clinics may prefer to receive messages through your patient portal or other channels; if that is the case, the “send message” function may not be available in your app.
