How can I assist my patient or patient’s guardian who does not speak English?
The Survivor or parent/guardian can receive the Potential late effects and Health links written in Spanish from their Survivorship clinic, or, once they receive an access code and log into the Survivorship website, they can view the entire treatment summary, Survivorship Care Plan, Health links, and entire website in Spanish.
